Residential Exterior
Exterior House Painting in Wausau, WI
Coatings chosen for Wisconsin winters
Siding, soffits, trim and porches. A Central Wisconsin exterior has to survive freeze, thaw and full sun in the same year, which decides both the prep and the product.
What the job includes
- Washed down and left to dry properly before anything is opened
- Loose paint scraped back, bare wood spot-primed, gaps caulked
- Weather-rated coatings applied inside their temperature window
- Plants and walkways covered, and the site cleared each evening
